Check Date & Time preferences
- Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Date & Time.

Time Zone Clock App Mac Pro
I have an iPad mini, 3 or 4 years old running IOS9.3.5. When I travel I go to Settings/General/Date and Time and set the local town and the clock app shows the local time but the header bar at the top of the screen stays on the time in my home location and if I use the clock app to set an alarm it goes off according to the home location rather than the local time. How can I get it to set off the alarm according to local time ?
It make no difference if ~I set the time zone to auto or turn that off.
