What do you mean by that? Does Belkin provide an uninstaller? If so, that's the preferred way to delete that software.
the processes still show up in my activity monitor. The processes are 'Belkin Router Helper' and 'Belkin Router Monitor & Setup'
Launch Activity Monitor and set the list at the top to 'All Processes'. Locate a Belkin process in the list in the upper part of the window, select it, click the 'Inspect' button, then in the resulting window click the tab for 'Open Files and Ports'.
